Remarks:  The village of Eigenheim was the first daughter colony in formed in the lower part of Bessarabia.  The founders came from Plotzk (Blum, Hoehn, Janke, Schwandt, and Wilske); from Kulm (Doberstein, Fercho, Gross, Guse, Isaak, Kison, Klukas, Marks, Moewes, Raugust, Schimke, Selcho, Stelter, and Pischel); from Tarutino (Fechner, Graumann, Seefreid, Priebe, Wonneberg, and Zarbock); from Paris (Floether, Jess, and Kern); from Alt Elft (Radke, Reich, and Reinke); from Katzbach (Burgemeister and Schill); from Leipzig (Lemke) and from Gnadental (Bareither, Lebkuch, Nabert, and Riedlinger).
