During the course of the past 12 years, I have been researching the families that stemmed from my ancestral village of Speier. With the help of other Beresan researchers we soon noticed that our family searches weren't contained to just one village but also spread out into Sulz, Katharinental, Landau, Karlsruhe, München and Rastadt...and even some of the smaller villages such as Halbstadt, Felsenburg and Christina!! It covered all of the Catholic Beresan Area. This database today contains information on most of the families from this area, as well as many of their descendants...
